Q2: What accessories comes with my doll?

A: Your doll will come with underwear, cleaning tools, gloves, a wig, a comb, and a heating rod. Please note that lubricant and batteries are not included as they are banned by safety inspection at Chinese airports.

Q3: How long will it take for my doll to be delivered?

A: We can promise a safe and quick delivery which usually takes about 10 to 25 days. It depends on which shipping country. We will supply you with the tracking number as soon as your doll ships.

Q5: How do you ensure quality, and how is an issue in quality dealt with?

A: As long as we receive your payment, the factory will start production. During production, three inspectors in the factory will check each finished product. They will check the quality of the molding, the elasticity of the TPE skin, the articulation of the metal skeleton, details of the face, and much more. This the first step in ensuring quality. For the second step, our service team will send you photos and videos as per your request before delivery so that you can inspect your doll. Upon your confirmation, we will ship out your doll. If there are any defects when you receive your doll, please contact us immediately.

Q6: Can you give me some advices for doll maintenance?

A: When using your doll, avoid extreme force or limb stretching. Avoid leaving your doll in the same position for too long. To prevent bacterial growth, please regularly use water and neutral soap to clean your doll. Remember, do not allow water to travel between the neck and head, otherwise rust will form on the neck screw. Avoid dark colors and bright patterns, as they might stain your doll.
